Hi, I'm Kimberley!

Hi, I’m Kimberley! I’m a mum to a beautiful baby girl, a dog mum to a mischievous black Labrador, and of course, I can’t forget my amazing husband! Since my mid 20s Yoga has been part of my life here and there, but it wasn’t until lockdown—whether I was practicing virtually or doing park yoga—that I truly connected with it. 

Living with an anxiety disorder, I quickly discovered how yoga became my go-to tool for managing anxiety and calming my mind. But yoga isn’t just about relaxation—it’s also an incredible way to move your body, build strength, and stay active. It’s become a practice that helps me stretch, strengthen, and move in a way that supports both my body and my mind.

I’m passionate about sharing this with others. In my classes, we focus on releasing tension, easing anxiety, and getting the body moving—whether that’s with energizing flows or soothing stretches. Yoga has truly transformed my life, and I’m excited to help others find their own balance, both physically and mentally. I hope to see you on the mat! x

CLASSES

My Classes

For me, yoga isn’t about standing on your head or touching your toes (though it’s very exciting to build the flexibility to get there!). Yoga is about so much more—it’s a space to breathe deeply, release tension, and move your body.

 

My classes focus on relieving stress and calming anxiety through juicy twists, folds, and sequences that help detox the body while building heat and strength. Together, we’ll work on grounding stretches, energizing flows, and mindful movements designed to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and renewed. I offer plenty of alternatives for beginners, and space for seasoned yogis to dive deeper into their practice. Come join me on the mat x
